Can staff who aren’t techy use it?

Your staff send MAIA messages through WhatsApp. We train them on their own order steps, including checking drafts and updating quantities.

Do we replace AutoCount or SQL?

MAIA works alongside supported versions of AutoCount and SQL Account. We check your version and the records and documents you use before confirming the connection.

What if MAIA gets an order wrong?

Your team checks the draft before submitting it. If a price, quantity or customer check finds an issue, MAIA flags it. Managers can approve or reject exceptions.

What about BM, Chinese or voice notes?

Bring examples in the languages and formats your customers use. We test them with your products and order process before confirming what your setup will handle.

Are WhatsApp charges included?

We confirm any messaging charges and requirements from other software providers in your proposal, so you can see the full cost before starting.

Who can see our order details?

We set staff access and approvers during setup. Ask us to walk through the data connection, storage and access arrangements before connecting your records.

How long does setup take?

It depends on your system connection, product and customer records, and the process being set up. We confirm the work, people needed and dates after reviewing these with you.

What happens after the free trial?

For selected customers, the free trial lasts two months. Your selected monthly plan and agreed usage charges apply afterwards. Your proposal confirms the trial dates and how to continue or cancel.

Offer terms

The 30-company cohort is for selected customers. We confirm eligibility, implementation scope, supported system version, checks, training, trial dates, subscription, overages, taxes and continuation or cancellation terms in your proposal. Extra features or integration work are reviewed separately.
